Pre-shredder - Shredder

Shredders are essential equipment for bulky, dense or complex materials such as plastic film, big bags, raffia or industrial parts. Among its features, it stands out for: high cutting torque, minimal dust generation, and precise and homogeneous tearing.

Shredders

This machinery stands out for its ability to reduce large parts and rigid materials such as PET, PP, PE or industrial plastics. In addition, they are equipped with: tempered steel blades, high-power motors, and optimized cutting chambers to prevent jams.

Granulators-mills

These machines produce fine, uniform shredded plastic, suitable for washing or extrusion processes. Their advantages include high production capacity, balanced and robust rotors, and consistent, high-quality granulation.

Laundry

Plastic sinks are designed to remove dirt, labels, organic matter, and contaminants. Its design guarantees: greater material cleanliness, optimization of the flotation process, and effective removal of fine particles.

Centrifuge

The centrifuge reduces the moisture content of the plastic after washing. Thanks to its high-speed system, it extracts water and light debris, prepares the material for transport or thermal drying, and reduces energy consumption in subsequent processes.

Cyclone

This peripheral device separates the lighter fractions using centrifugal force, removing dust and unwanted particles from the material flow. This improves plastic purity, washing efficiency, and pneumatic conveying performance.

Overband

The overband magnetic separator removes ferrous metals present in shredded or washed plastic, protecting the machinery. In addition, it offers: high extraction capacity, continuous operation and reduced maintenance.

Conveyor belt

Conveyor belts ensure the constant and safe movement of material between the stages of the process.

Chain tape

The chain conveyor is ideal for bulky, dense, or abrasive loads. Its robust construction guarantees high mechanical strength, stable movement of large volumes, and a long service life in demanding environments.
